This boat slip is located within the resort style waterfront gated community of Waterside at Coquina Key South Village. The slip is located on Canal 4, behind building 32 and can accommodate up to a 30′ vessel. There is a view of the Bay and Skyway Bridge from the dock. Open water access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, no fixed bridges. The slip lift has a secure storage box and hooked up to water and electricity and is handicap ramp accessible. The Dock Association also provides for all future maintenance and repairs. The owner must be an owner of a condo in either Waterside North or South, but it can be leased to any resident within Waterside North or South.
