Seas the Moment and Enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Pool Home, one block from restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue and 2 blocks (900 steps) to the Beach! Enjoy both our beautiful sunrises on the beach and beautiful sunsets over the River. Also close to a park with playground equipment, basketball court, and lighted tennis courts. Our home comes complete with a heated pool for relaxing, fully appointed and newly remodeled kitchen, updated bathroom and newly added powder room, master bedroom with super comfy queen size bed, and a guest room that has a full-size bed with a twin trundle underneath. There is a roll away bed in the closet. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach gear, bikes, and pool floats are ready and waiting for you. Washer and dryer in the garage.

We are dog lovers and understand the joy of traveling with them so as not to worry about them when you’re on vacation. We welcome a small, crate trained dog in our home (sorry, no cats – allergic.) Our yard is not fenced so we walk our dog to do his business. There are lots of dogs being walked in the morning and evenings with most people stopping by the park up the street. Our home is beautifully landscaped which provides a lovely patio on which to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage.

We have snowbirds that have rented from us for years, some of whom have made NSB their home and are now our neighbors. It is truly a wonderful place to enjoy your time in NSB and all that it has to offer so, SEAS the Moment!
The monthly rate is $3800 for Jan – Aug and Oct. All other months are $3500.
The pet fee is $200.
Cleaning fee is $120.
Appropriate taxes are collected (12.5%).
There is a $500 refundable security deposit as well.
